Question:
Need help to get my running lights to work on my 2012 Nissan titan all other lights work

Since all of the other lights are working with your 2012 Nissan Titan then it could possibly be a blown or missing fuse or you will need to add or replace a relay. Use the truck owners manual to find the locations of all fuses and relays related to the tow package wiring.
If it is a relay it is likely the one on the in-cab fuse panel and you would use one of the blue relays form the Curt Relay Kit # C57000.
