Replacement Disc Brakes for a Venture Boat Trailer for Salt Water
Question:
I have a venture trailer with dual axels, one of which has disc brakes. The rotors are 10 3/4inch in diameter. 5 lugs, The calipers are frozen. The rotors are in good shape, but if all should be replaced thats fine. I use the trailer frequently in salt water. What replacement do you recommend? Outer bearing, very hard to read, but looks like L44649. Inner bearing L68149-easy to read

You have some common bearings there. For a combination stainless steel and dacromet which is going to offer the most corrosion resistance you can use # K2HR35DS which has the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern, 1/2 inch studs, and fits 13 inch and larger wheels.
For a kit that is all the same except that it is all dacromet use # K2HR35D.
For salt water environments the best option is going to be stainless steel. The only problem with stainless is that it is expensive.
