I would recommend the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118362, that you referenced for your 1999 Nissan Frontier.
This wiring harness is easy to install and will connect to the vehicle connector located underneath the truck bed along the passenger side frame rail. This wiring harness will provide you with a 4-way flat trailer connector that will provide stop, turn and tail lights for your trailer with dual element bulbs.
I have attached the installation instructions for you to review.
