24x60 Reese Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
The rack is much bigger than my previous one. I was disappointed that it was made in China instead of the USA. It assembled very easily and the light kit works very well. The only draw back is I can no longer open my tailgate with the rack installed due to the spare tire hitting the raised rack.
Purchased in March 2023. I really like the size, it holds a lot. The carrier is very sturdy, well made and assembled very easily. I purchased the light kit but found wiring could have been a little longer to dress the cables neatly down toward the hitch.

20x59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs
Installation: Easy Assembly: Easy Attached to: Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" Item # C13163 Use: Camping equipment. Cooler, Chairs, Sleeping bags, firewood, etc. Like: The fact that it folds is a huge positive. What I would change: perhaps adding a ring or two on the sides to allow for bungee cords or rope. Because the hitch is already a bit low on the 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander (stock wheels, tires, suspension) the back part of the basket can bottom out rather easily. It has nothing to do with the carrier itself though. I would definitely recommend this product! I'm going to use it again in a month for our next camping trip.
This carrier was super easy to assemble. It is a bit heavy but I was able to mount it onto my hitch alone. I’m using an anti-rattle lock and they work great together.

19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Aluminum - Folding - 500 lbs
Purchased this 1 year ago. Worked awesome for a 9.000 mile cross country trip with three off road adventures at geology tour road Joshua tree, west side road Death Valley, and kingman wash lake mead. No rattle, always secure, great clearance. Would purchase again.
It works, but I only put two electric bikes on it. The mesh seems to bend pretty easy.

Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket - 64-1/2" Long x 39" Wide x 7-1/4" Tall - 150 lbs
I love the rack and the extended length is great on my Sequoia. I am disappointed with the finish on it as the connector plates are already showing signs of rust….. I like it enough that I’m going to repaint it with something more suited to our climate…
The rack and extension arrived in sturdy boxes, well packed and no damage in shipping. The parts fit together easily. The welds left something to be desired, which is why I gave it only 4 stars. As a precaution against corrosion,I got some plasti-dip, which is a rubberized vinyl sealant and sealed all the places where moisture could get into the various tubes of the rack. I was satisfied with the quality of the powder coating on all the parts. The mounting system to the roof rack is interesting and appears well-designed. The assembly and installation instructions are OK, but could have been written better. For example, there is an extra tightening knob for the U-bolts, but no description if it is there as a spare.

24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
We just installed our carrier. We love that this is going to free up a lot of space for our vacation traveling. Very heavy duty and bigger than i was thinking it would be.The pin that holds the carrier in the hitch was not included. It would have been an added bonus if it was.
Easy to assemble, nice and solid cargo tray! Bought it with the hitch bracket. Note: no hitch pin included.

Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 57" Long x 42" Wide - 165 lbs
Great product. Great quality. Instructions not real clear, so took me a couple of hours to assemble. Then another 15-20 minutes to secure to roof racks. I was working alone, extra hands would have helped. But extremely happy with quality and looks of product. We have lots of family that visit us, so I plan to carry luggage on the rack to free up space inside the vehicle on trips to and from the airport.
Love it! It's big enough to fit a bike carrier and a cargo bag on top of my MINI. Easy to assemble and install, solid construction. Great value for your money. If I have a gripe it's that the wind fairing on the front is VERY thin/fragile. I caught it with my bike tire when loading one day and the corner snapped right off like nothing. It's only about $XXX for the replacement.

23x59 Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Carrier and box will be moved to hitch on 209 Solitude Rv to provide extra cargo carrying ability
A good size and very strong. I like the fact that it has a grated bottom, as opposed to a few bars like many of its competitors. There are many holes and notches present for any customization desired. Also makes for a great chair to relax. I also ordered the anti-rattle pin so as to fasten this tightly to the hitch. IMO that should be included with any of these trailer-hitch-Mount accessories.

Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket - Steel - 69" x 40" x 6" - 150 lbs
I’ve got several 1400+ mile trips with this on both a 2017 4Runner and a 2023 Kia Sportage. The basket is well made, easy to install, very solid and so far rust free.

Yakima MegaWarrior Extra Large Roof Rack Cargo Basket - Steel - 74" Long x 48" Wide
Roof rack arrived dented and scratched which complicated the installation because I had to hammer out dents to get the pipes to fit. Apart from that, the paint/coating scratches off fairly easily and the installation design is pretty awful. Instead of threading the pipe to accept screws they have this complicated plastic gasket mechanism which takes forever to align. I expected more from Yakima and for the price. Quick delivery from etrailer and good fit overall-- just need to wait and see about rust.
Initial quality was excellent and assembly a snap. Finding a roof basket that wouldn't look like a tiny hat on a Jeep Commander was difficult, but the MegaWarrior is perfect! Assembly and mounting took less than an hour and it looks great. Now it just needs to be outfitted with a set of off-road lights. ;-)

17x46 Curt Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
I've been using this Cargo Carrier on my 4 Runner Venture for about a year now. I Purchased this item to haul extra gear to Nags Head from Northwestern Virginia. Installation was a breeze and it's very, very sturdy. I had two Yeti coolers packed with ice and drinks and there was no wobbling at all. I'm a 197 pounds and I was standing on it after I installed it just to check for durability and this thing is a beast. I also used this as a rod holder while on the beach and I caught a 6 foot black tip shark. Overall, I'm very pleased with this item and I would recommend to a friend.
This is a substantial, well-made product at exactly the size I needed - smaller than many, and with sides that keep items secure. It was very easy to assemble, with all parts included and clearly sorted, and with all pieces manufactured to cleanly align. The item arrived promptly, packed to protect the shipment but without waste. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a high-quality cargo carrier.

Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp - 77" Long - 500 lbs
I can't say I'm entirely happy with my purchase. The instructions were more confusing than helpful. Note in "instruction.jpg" photo of STEP 1 that the text says to put the 8 small bolts in from the inside first, but the drawing clearly shows them as going in from the outside. The last step says to place the ramp onto the receiver as shown.... glad I didn't throw away the box because there is no drawing that shows ramp installation. Actually, the photo on the box was more helpful than any of the instructions. Also, I need to make a trip to the hardware store to buy longer medium bolts because the ones that came with the carrier were not long enough to fully engage the self locking feature of the nylon lock nuts. At a minimum a couple of threads should protrude beyond the nylon. See photo "nut.jpg". The bolt threads don't reach the end of the nylon, so the self locking feature is not fully engaged. I did tighten the nut, but that was as far as it would go. I think once I get back from the hardware store with the new medium bolts and after I reverse the 8 small bolts (I followed the drawing and not the text of the instructions), I'll be OK with the carrier.
"Instantly Get Rid of Wobble and Upgrade With Lights" This is not a 5 because ramp should be longer & there should be some type stabilizer to temporary hold bike while strapping down, I'd pay more for those upgrades. The wobble can instantly be solved by hooking Tie-Straps closest to vehicle directly to the receiver where you hook your chains, rather than hooking them to the provided holes on carrier itself. You of course use the provided strap holes ones on the opposite side. When strapped down as stated, the carrier now becomes one with the vehicle & @ 80mph there is no wobble. (*TIP: Put ramp back in its place before strapping down or else it won't fit with the strap hooks in the way.) I upgraded mine with lights for both safety reasons & not needing the Police any reason to pull me over. It was very simple and cost me nothing but time & maybe $50. I recommend this product whole heartedly.

24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Tilting - Folding - 500 lbs
Super disappointed in this etrailer purchase. The product came in a large box that was fully intact and not damaged. The actual cargo basket was meticulously wrapped and appeared to be brand new as expected. The other components however, like the arm, were in boxes that were smashed, old, worn, and had multiple layers of old tape. The arm itself was scratched and banged up, even rusty in spots. Clearly it was used or had been a returned item. If I wanted a dented, gouged, and rusty Cargo Carrier I would have purchased one used, for half the price. This is not the quality I expect from etrailer.. I have purchased many racks and other items from this company and usually the quality is outstanding. This time they dropped the ball. I have since read other reviews and it is apparent that this is not an isolated incident. I'd have sent it back if it wasn't so damn heavy and awkward to lug around.
This carrier worked out great. The tilt down feature is helpful to have but I didn't really need it. However, the fold up feature was helpful when driving around, so I recommend that as a convenience. The only thing I had trouble with was the hitch bolt. I have a Thule bike rack that I've used with my truck hitch receiver and never had a problem, but this rack's hitch bolt was a real pain to get in at first. Don't be dismayed. With the rack off of the vehicle, I used some WD-40 and some lithium grease on the bolt and then used an adjustable wrench to screw it in and out a number of times. I noticed a bunch of either paint or metal shards gumming up the threads on the bolt each time I removed it. After about 5 times of screwing it in and out, wiping off the bolt with a towel, adding some more grease once in a while, it got to the point that I could screw it in and out by hand pretty easily. Problem solved. I'm really happy with this rack. It fit two big coolers of food and beer plus beach umbrellas and other stuff. It's really strong and sturdy. The biggest issue was not the weight on the rack, but whether the rear suspension on the Highlander could hold it with our other junk in the back plus passengers. :-)

Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket - 41-1/2" Long x 37" Wide x 4" Deep - 150 lbs
Very durable basket, and fairly easy to install. It's definitely transformed the look and practicality of our little SUV.
I am very pleased with the quality for the price.Just the right size for my 2017 Chevy Trax.the "U" bolts that are used to clamp the basket to the roof cross bars were a bit long so I cut them shorter & installed rubber caps on top of each stud. This keeps the studs from damaging items in the bssket.See pictures.

23x47 Carpod Walled Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 4" Rise - Folding - 450 lbs
After purchasing a 2018 Honda CR-V Touring, my honey-to-do-task of having to bring trash to the dump every week must be done. I am not a big fan of placing trash inside my new car, despite having a rubber liner. So I purchased the Curt 2 inch receiver hitch and had it installed by my local mechanic. I did not want to have to hook up my small utility trailer to go to the dump since I have to go to work and park in a parking garage after making my trash drop off. I came across this Carpod M2205 walled carrier. I am thrilled with this and like the way it folds up when not in use. There was a simple assembly process to go through after it was received (quick shipping by the way). It is a little heavy placing into the hitch receiver, but note it is easier to place it into the hitch when folded up. I wrapped a piece of duct tape around the exact place of the insertion bar to line up the holes of the hitch pin. Its carrying capacity is well within what I need, and I am quite impressed. There is not much movement of the carrier while driving except for big bumps or potholes. This is an excellent alternative to carrying household garbage inside my new car. The walls are held in place with metal pins and a strap, that is a little short and could be a little bit longer. That would be my only complaint about using this car carrier. Otherwise, I highly recommend this for anyone who needs to carry items outside or to need more space.
I purchased this for a 800-mile round trip vacation to Mammoth Lakes. It greatly extended the amount of luggage and gear we could bring with us, as we head 4 adults and a dog in the car. I could hardly tell the cargo carrier was back there while driving, and it didn't impact my gas mileage at all. I assembled and installed this myself, and it was super easy (although would be easier with a second set of hands.) I also purchased a stretchy net cargo cover, which allowed us to pack above the the actual height of the carrier itself. I attached my license plate to the cargo carrier work zip ties, although I will need to get a bracket with lights for the future of doing nighttime driving. I have no regrets on this purchase and highly recommend!

Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket - 47" Long x 35" Wide - 165 lbs
Greetings, I am giving these items 3? Because I was offered alternative products that did not fit together. Originally, I intended to purchase a roof rack cargo basket type and a spare tire holder from Yakima manufacturer that go well together, but one of them wasn’t in stock. So, after 3 weeks waiting time, I was offered alternative items via etrailer website, and I accepted them…after all, they are the experts. I got the recommended items through UPS, then I assembled them by myself. The roof rack cargo basket fit well on my car, but the spare tire holder was not compatible with the roof rack cargo basket. They couldn’t be assembled together. I submitted my claim to return the spare tire holder. Now, I have not achieved my goal to carry my spare tire. Understanding the needs and expectations of your customers is critical to maximize customer satisfaction. I am sure both products are good, but they are not compatible together, even though they were manufactured by the same company. Distributors should know better! I returned one item and I hope to be refunded.
Great product. Easily puts together and I was able to install on our 2016 Toyota Highlander OEM roof rails with no problems. The mounting brackets slide to make for a easy fit. Have taken it on two long road trips with zero issues last summer one to the montains and one to the beach. Was able to fit our jogging stroller on in the basket. Had some heavy rain on one trip and seen no signs of water getting into the rails as that was a concern of mine when researching the different racks. The high sides allowed for easy tie downs for the weather bag we put the stroller in. Seemed to add a little road noise with nothing in it but that is to be expected when hauling things on the roof but the wind deflector seemed to keep the noise down. Easy to put on and off with a single person able to lift it. Great product, great fit for the car. Plan on using it for some more upcoming trips.

20 x 59 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 500 lbs
Great quality and serves its purpose. I wish I ordered the slightly bigger one to fit the bins and items I use it for. For example, a white standard igloo cooler doesn’t fit the way I need it to maximize loading capacity. I highly recommend a stabilizer to prevent wobble.
Very nice quality. Took one person and two wrench about 15 minutes to install the cargo carrier from box. It is very sturdy and the finish is very good. I really like the added height this specific carrier provides.

Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft - Black Glossy
We love our Thule rooftop box. It's a great accessory to our Honda Pilot, and made our frequent skiing & camping trips a lot easier. Quality is superb. For its size, it's actually relatively easy to mount (takes two people to lift it up). Loading/unloading requires standing on the frame of the car and is also easier with two people.
So I just received my 22cuft Thule rooftop carrier and it arrived somewhat damage free. The edges of the box where the nose and rear of the carrier were packaged very well with extra material. The center of the box was smashed and had several holes. I know the holes are not e trailer fault but actually the shipping company that sends it across the country. There was a removable plastic film on the carrier that I think helped a lot and kept the unit from being scratched. One area on the back lifted and now I have a small area that I need to wax and buff because it was scratched from the box. Overall I knew the risk in shipping an 8 foot box and just took the gamble. Overall it turned out ok. I placed the carrier on my 22 kia telluride with factory bars. It fit perfect. The locking system worked and was secure to the bars on the roof. Both sides of this 22 cu ft carrier opened flawlessly and there is going to be plenty of room to place luggage inside. I’m glad I went with the 22 because I think I would have wanted a bigger one if I got the 18. My issues are not skis and tents but actual luggage when we all travel so the extra room is great. Have not traveled with it yet and if I have issues after the first trip I will edit this review. So far I am satisfied with this purchase, etrailer and this product.

Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu ft - Matte Black
This was purchased off of the etrailer.com website as a "damaged" item at a significantly reduced price. The description on the website described the damage very well and the cargo box has no functional issues of any kind. Also, the cargo box arrived much earlier than I anticipated. Furthermore, when I noticed that the box arrived with the load securing straps missing I emailed etrailer customer support and they had Thule send me two new ones right away. Couldn't be more pleased with etrailer and this cargo box. It fits my 2014 Honda CRV with factory crossbars with just a little bit of rear hatch interference (restricts opening by maybe an inch or two, but can still fully use the rear hatch). Can't speak to durability quite yet as I've only used the cargo box a few times to transport skis and snowboard and plan to use it year-round for road trips. A really great, simple cargo box!
This was a much needed addition for a drive back to Tucson, AZ from a three month stay in Portland. ME, as we had acquired some extra things and needed more space than our 2015 Honda CRV provided. This fit on top of the rhino vortex aero roof rack I also purchased from e-trailer perfectly. The cargo box functioned as expected, and although we ultimately could have used a slightly larger cargo box, this one worked great for giving us extra space in our car for the drive home. It was easy to mount and opened easily, although it was a bit tricky to load, a step ladder would have helped. It was tough to close, we had to move some stuff around to get it to latch, but I appreciated that it would not lock unless the latches could fully engage, which made me feel like it was going to remain closed while traveling. We wasted no time putting stickers on it, and added more along the drive home, which was fun. We traveled through many different types of weather, it was late spring and was rainy in the beginning of our trip, and very hot towards the end of our trip, and the contents were in perfect condition when we arrived home. There was zero water damage inside, and nothing was damaged from being in the heat. Of course there was some reduced gas mileage and added road noise when traveling, but nothing too unbearable. Also, service and shipping from etrailer was excellent.
Yakima EXO Swing Away Storage System with 2 Enclosed Cargo Carriers Review - 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima Exo System on our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. This particular kit's gonna come with two of the gear locker boxes. The Exo System is completely modular so you can customize it to fit your needs and swap these boxes out for other accessories.
Curt 17x46 Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe
How's it going everyone It's Ethan here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Curt 17 by 46 inch cargo carrier on the back of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. This is a pretty lightweight cargo carrier. It's actually coming in at 29 pounds, but it's capable of supporting up to 500 pounds of stuff. So we'll go ahead and get this off, and we'll get into some more details about it. The carrier itself is made of steel so it's pretty durable and pretty rigid.
Swagman Expanse Cargo Carrier Review - 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe
How's it going everybody It's Ethan, here at etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our 17 inch by 50 inch Swagman Expanse Cargo Carrier on the back of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. If you have some larger gear or some ice and snow type of materials or just, dirty things in general, that you don't wanna keep in the trunk of your car, a hitch cargo carrier is a great solution for that. This one specifically is capable of holding up to 400 pounds and it is just a great way to store some things. So we just have this here as sort of a demonstration point for our break-over point. This is something we wanna point out.
Yakima EXO System Cargo Carrier and Enclosed Cargo Carrier Review - 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hi everyone, Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at our Yakima EXO Swing Away cargo system on our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now this particular kit's gonna come with the Gear Warrior basket on the bottom as well as the gear locker box on the top and you can swap these positions if you want to. You are gonna get a little extra weight capacity by having the basket on the bottom. This is gonna be nice for a mix of cargo. We're gonna have some of our heavier items and maybe some of our messier items in the basket on the bottom.
Yakima SkinnyWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket Review - 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima SkinnyWarrior on top of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now in general a cargo basket is a great way to carry extra gear whether it doesn't fit in the vehicle or try to make more space in the vehicle by getting some of that cargo out of the inside and put it up top or on the back in the hitch, whatever it might be. A roof mounted carrier is a great option if you already have something in the hitch, maybe a trailer or a camper, or maybe you've got a bike rack back there and you need some space for everyone's stuff, especially if you have the third row seats up in the Tahoe. That back cargo area is pretty small and if you've got the car full of people all those people have stuff, it needs a place to go.
Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket Review - 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima OffGrid on top of our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. Regardless of what cargo basket you're going for, it's a great way to carry some extra gear with you, especially with the Tahoe, if you have that third row seats up, your cargo space in the back isn't very large, and if you've got the vehicle fully packed with people, chances are if you're going on a trip or something like that, they're gonna have a lot of stuff, and you need somewhere for that to go. You could always go for a hitch-mounted cargo carrier, but maybe you've got a bike rack in there or maybe another hitch-mounted accessory like a ball mount for a camper. The next best place to put your stuff is up on the roof. Now, a lot of people like to go with an enclosed rooftop box, but a basket's really nice, because if you have anything that's messy or dirty, it's not going to get trapped inside, it can kinda drain out through the bottom of the bars, and we have the ability to carry some bulkier or oversized things that might not fit in a box with the lid closed.
Yakima EXO Swing Away Ski Snowboard and Enclosed Cargo Carrier Review - 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Yakima EXO system. This particular kit is gonna be with the gear locker box on bottom and the ski carrier up top. This is gonna be on our 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. This kit is gonna be great for those winter months when you're going to the slopes, you can carry your skis and your snowboards up top right here where it's way easier to access than something like a roof box or a roof mounted ski carrier. And then we still have a box below that where we can lock up some of our gear, have it enclosed from the elements and locked up safe and sound.
Yakima Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hey everyone, it's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we'll be taking a look at how the Yakima EXO system with the two Gearwarrior cargo baskets fits on the 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe. So this is a kit where you have the two cargo baskets, but the EXO system can be mixed and matched with different EXO accessories. I already did a full review on how this kit works no matter what vehicle you have. So we'll just be taking a quick look at some of the things that are specific to the Chevrolet Tahoe, and something you might wanna think about when you have it with your car. Overall, it's a great fit, but let's take a look at those details.
Flint Hill Goods Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hi everyone. Aiden here with the etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the Flint Hill Goods Compact Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now it's gonna be a pretty small carrier like the name suggests. It's a steel construction with a 500 pound weight capacity. So it's more than capable of carrying some heavier stuff, but it's gonna be a bit smaller in both the depth and the width compared to some other stuff that you might be used to seeing.
Flint Hill Goods Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe FHG59ZR
Hi, everyone. Aidan here with etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now, there's a couple of different options in terms of Hitch-Mounted cargo carriers from Flint Hill Goods. A lot of them being aluminum. Aluminum is obviously nice because it's super lightweight, very easy to get in and out of the hitch and hang up in your garage for storage.
Flint Hill Goods Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe FHG49ZR
Hi, everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now, this is gonna be a good way to get some extra stuff carried in your Tahoe by attaching it back here on the cargo carrier, or maybe you've just got some stuff that's messy. You don't wanna bring that mess inside the vehicle. Something I know that I use it for a lot is things like bags of soil, concrete, mulch, things from the hardware store that tend to rip and make a big mess.
Flint Hill Goods Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe FHG27ZR
Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at this Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Cargo Carrier and seeing how it fits on the back of our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now, there's going to be two different versions of this carrier. The more narrow version and the wider version. I like this more narrow version quite a bit, for the simple fact that it gives us a lot of clearance on the side of our vehicle with our taillights.
etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe
Hi everyone, Aidan here with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the etrailer tilting and folding cargo carrier on the back of our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Now this is gonna be a really versatile hitch-mounted carrier. For one, a hitch-mounted carrier is very good for carrying some extra stuff, whether we've got that third row of seats up in the back of our Tahoe, and space is limited. Maybe we've got some stuff we're taking on a road trip and we need to get everybody's stuff somewhere, outside on a cargo carrier is a great place to get it. Or maybe we've got some messy items, maybe some things from the hardware store, bags of concrete, malt, sand, things that are heavy and tend to rip often.
Yakima SkyBox 21 Rooftop Cargo Box Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe
Today we're taking a look at the Yakima Sky Box 21. This is an extra large roof mounted cargo carrier, and we'll take a look at how it fits on a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. Your Tahoe is a big car, so if you're gonna get a rooftop cargo box, you might as well get a big box to match. And, this is gonna be the Sky Box 21. Great for if you wanna carry around larger items like suitcases or big bags, but you also want the length for your longer skis and snowboards. So, we'll talk about those features, and we're gonna focus a little bit on how it fits specifically on the Tahoe.
etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe e98874
Howdy, everyone. John here from etrailer and today, we're gonna be taking a look at the etrailer cargo carrier for two inch hitches on our 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe. This is gonna be a great way to get some of your stuff out of your vehicle and to the back, just in case you want a little bit of extra space for people that are coming along for a trip. Now, the Chevrolet Tahoe does not have that much cargo space compared to how large it is, so that's gonna be a problem if you wanna fill up this entire place, but you still want to bring some cargo, maybe some drinks in a cooler or so. Maybe you want to put some of your equipment. Maybe you wanna put some chairs.
etrailer Roof Cargo Basket Review - 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe

The longer the trip, the more space I need to be nice and comfortable. So I'm pretty sure the kiddos will agree with me when I say that. So to keep the kiddos nice and quiet and peaceful on the ride to wherever you guys are going, getting everything out and up onto the baskets, is going to be essential for having just a nice smooth ride.
etrailer Roof Cargo Basket Review - 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe e99032
Adam: What's going on, everybody Adam here with etrailer.Today, we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer rooftop cargo basket. So this is going to be a great way to get a lot of that cargo that's on the inside of your guys's Tahoe up and out, so it's going to give everybody a lot more room.As of right now, the room that we have inside the cargo carrier is going to be about 55in x 31-3/8in and these rails are going to sit about 9 inches tall. It's going to fit on a lot of other bars that you guys have even if you do have the OEM factory roof rack system with your guys's Tahoe. The cool thing about this product compared to all the other ones is we actually have options when it comes to size. We can actually add an insert sold separately, and that's going to add about 12 inches of length to the basket, which I really like that just because we have those kind of options. If we don't have a whole lot of stuff, and we really don't want this big, old thing up on top of our Tahoe, we can actually remove this, of course, and then that will take away about 12 inches of storage. One thing I like to do in putting these baskets up on the roof is offsetting them to one side.

Adam: What's going on everybody Adam here with etrailer. Today, we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer Aluminum Cargo Carrier on our 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe. So, when we designed this, we wanted to solve a couple of problems for you guys. A lot of you guys are taking the cargo carrier out and putting it back into the hitch quite often, so that's why we ended up making it out of aluminum, to make it nice and light. It's about 16 pounds, really, really light, and it's going to be really easy to store, just because it's a little bit smaller than your traditional cargo carriers. We're going to have about 60 inches long by about 22 inches wide. The rails only sit up about seven inches, so this going to be great for putting all of your luggage and stuff like that in there, just to free up some of the room in the inside of the Tahoe. When you are going on a trip and you have a bunch of people in there, you want to make sure that they're nice and comfortable.

etrailer Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe e98872
Adam: What's going on everybody Adam here, with etrailer. Today we're going to be taking a look at the etrailer folding cargo carrier on our 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe. Let's get started.Well, first things first, what really sets this apart from all the other products out there, is that it folds up pretty much smaller than my suitcase that I take to the airport with me. So, it's going to be great for you guys who just have a smaller apartment or just not really a lot of space in your garage to be able to store this. It'll fold up really nicely, like this. So, it's going to be easy to store and you can honestly hold it like a suitcase, which is nice. One thing that I really like about cargo carriers, is just to be able to open up the inside of the vehicle, so we can get a lot more stuff on the outside to make everybody a little bit more comfortable.I remember when I was going on a long trip with my family, we had our whole entire family in there and all of our stuff was just piled in with us and it was not too comfortable, and it wasn't really the most quiet ride.

It doesn't fold this way in the briefcase style, but it's okay. That's mostly for when you're not using it, but we can get into that. It's got some finer points that we can get into.
What our customers are saying:
"The trailer hitch mounted cargo carrier is an outstanding accessory. It allowed us to bring so much more on vacation. The side rails made securing things really easy and the auxiliary taillight kit plugged right into my plug. The service was so great that I just ordered a trailer hitch cover for the winter. Thanks!"
