TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
The drivers rear didn't get built correctly. the hole to put the tie done is missing. I had to drill a hole into the tie down so I could use it. Didn't notice the problem until I went to put the camper on my pickup. The other three are fine.
Forklift tie downs are manufactured to exact fit to existing manufactured frame rail holes. They lined up perfectly and after 6000 miles with camper on board have stayed secure. The only downside, (this is relative to when and ware you use you camper) they will corrode when driving through snow covered roads that have been treated with sand and/or salt. I use an oil based product to protect them corroding.

Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs - No Drill Bed Mount - Qty 4
I used these to mount a vintage 1970 Avion C-11 to a 1993 D250. They worked great and were much stronger than I expected - and it was a huge cost savings (and a much more attractive look) than some of the frame mounted options of more than $1000. There were some oddities that I noticed. It was impossible to mount them exactly the way the instructions suggested because of where on the wings near the cab,. The brackets also could not stay on with the camper unloaded because they would hit the jack mounts, meaning they had to me bolted in after the camper was in the truck but before lowering the jacks, making the access to the bolts a frustrating 'feel for it' experience.I'f suggest the manufacturer secure the bolt so that you don't need to hold both sides when tightening/loosening, and also refine it to need less turns to do so. It took me 2 hours to mount the first time, and not much less when removing them with the limited access. The pads also came off in the first use. I gave it a 5 star because I realize there are limited options for older campers and anything universal is going to have issues with some thing - so that's just my input and experience. Overall pretty reasonable for the price and functionality.
The product was shipped extremely quickly, it arrived 3 days after I ordered them. As far as the product goes I was extremely pleased that they were as easy to install as the product video showed them to be. I had been looking for a tie down system that would work for my 2018 Ford since I purchased my camper in 2020 and after much research I found these at etrailer. One word of advice is that if your camper has a shower or other design that allows the camper to extend across the bed behind the wheel wells, either move the rear tie downs forward or shorten the leveling stud before you attempt to load your camper. On mine it turned out that once the tie downs were placed and attached I had to cut off about 3 inches of the threads. Other than that it was an easy install although the bolts that attach the tie downs to the under lip clamp are a challenge to install but take your time and they will go on. I will post an update once I have been on the road for a few trip and see how they are working. Thank you etrailer for your super fast shipping and online product videos.

Brophy Stake Pocket Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount - Qty 4
Used these on my 2012 Tundra Crew max Had to put in more effort in the installation then the instruction tell or show. for example the truck pockets where these slide into I had too cut the plastic that was covering the holes, I removed the tail light on one side to get the top bolt screwed in. I had to remove the gas cap and plastic to secure the top bold. I also added bigger washers cause there are existing hole that hold the factory plastic so the nut couldn't slide out and away. Other then that these mount work great
Not compatible with 99 Ford F-150, even though the description said it was. Stake pockets are double walled on this truck. Bolts too short. Very frustrating.

Package arrived in a timely manner. Item was packaged well with good installation instructions. Installation was easy with no modifications needed. Product is well built and seems heavy duty.
Had these professionally installed and it took experienced techs more than two hours... Very glad I didn't attempt it on my own. After installing the truck camper, both front tie-downs settled against the underside of the truck for some reason. We slid out the end pieces and reinstalled them and then they seated properly. I've taken my 2,500 pound Northstar camper on very steep and rugged Montana roads, praying that the camper wouldn't break the tie-downs or chains. The camper did slide around even with the rubber mat installed but that's it. I did install lumber in the truck bed to prevent sliding in the future.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
Awesome help with order and expedited shipping.
Install was reasonable straightforward. We have an older 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel Quad Cab and it seems like there should be additional holes so that the inserts could be stored on the truck without sticking out. Haven't had a chance to take a ride with the camper on the truck with these, but logic says it should be considerably more stable!

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
I ordered the TorkLift Rear frame mount tie downs for our Ford f 350 so we could secure our Lance truck camper to our truck, E-Trailer was great my tie downs arrived two days earlier then expected so I opened the box and checked everything over just to make sure everything was in great shape and everything was so I decided to put them on and it only took me five to ten minutes for both .These tie downs make it very easy to secure our Lance truck camper to our truck and also make it very safe to travel on the highways and back roads
I am glad I called in, because I would have ordered the wrong part. Thank You Jaime B for your help. Still not 100% sure this is the right part; I will find out this weekend when I install it. But I do have confidence that it is the right part. :)

Brophy Slide In Camper Tie-Downs - Extra Clearance - No Drill Bed Mount - Qty 4
The Brophy tie-downs work just as advertised. I am a recreational user of my camper - not full-time or long trips, and have had no issues with them. The only challenge is backing my truck under the camper with the brackets mounted - like threading a needle, because the leg stands barely clear the brackets. I have a 2-16 F-250 and a Northstar 650 and their is not enough clearance in the bed to add the brackets after the camper is in position. Again, this is not a problem with the brackets, its a camper leg/stand and bed width issue.
Easy to put on they work perfectly very solid I have a 20-22 palomino SS 1251 truck camper Badland Edition doing a great job thank you a bunch

Works great on my 2010 Ram. Installed easy, the truck would most likely roll over before the camper would come out.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
These camper tie downs have been fantastic! They were easy to install and have made securing my camper a breeze. I really like how easy it is to pull the tie down portion of the brackets out when you aren't carrying the camper. In my opinion this is the only way to secure a truck camper.
After reviewing my options to hold a 3500lb trailer on my truck. I decided these were the only option. They are more expensive then the other options that bolt to the body and the bumper, But much more secure. The install was fairly easy, Customer service from etrailer was awesome. When not in use they are barely visable. Great product, worth every penny! Thanks again

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Rear
I originally ordered the incorrect rear Torklifts camper hold downs for my truck. However, I called etrailer and explained my error. They not only helped me pick the correct ones, they sent them out that day. I haven’t installed the rear TC hold downs yet. I was most impressed with the free shipping both ways with no questions asked! I was issued an RMA and the refund came quickly. Very good customer service in an age when there often isn’t any service , let alone great service. The front mounts fit perfectly!
Installed on a Curt 2 1/2 receiver just put on my F350 SD Supercab Diesel SRW 4x4. This bracket does fit this truck with the Curt receiver. I found a little oil on the drill bits and a reamer to remove the last bit of metal from the holes in the receiver helped mount the brackets.

Camper tie downs were received in just a few days. Product quality is excellent and installation on 2012 Dodge was flawless! Installed myself in a couple of hours with minimal tools. Everything fit perfectly! One of the best experiences I have had ordering online. Keep up the good work! Great product!!

HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Bed and Bumper Mount - Front and Rear
First of all, etrailer was amazingly communicative in the delivery process, which was greatly appreciated. And these tie downs were such a straight-forward installation. Start to finish, I would 100% buy from etrailer again! Highly recommend.
The tie down kit is very high quality, and the installation instructions were spot on. Our truck is in mint condition and I wanted a tie down system that was low profile, and did not take away from the looks of the truck when camper not on it. I've not used the turnbuckles yet, but they are set up ready for work and look great.

TorkLift Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Front
Great packing nice turnaround time from order to reviving items cost was competitive only issue one of the sleeves was cut short more photos while installing to come
The order arrived earlier than expected and was complete. An excellent job of engineering; all the components worked perfectly with my 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 dually. There was some minor filing that had to be done on 2 of the bracket holes to allow the bolts to fit through; I suspect it was just the powder coating. However no modifications to the truck were required. The entire project took about 2 hours from start to finish.

HappiJac Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Bed and Bumper Mount - Front and Rear
Good product. I would not recommend for large campers with stock rear bumper, the bumper will get bent. I have an aftermarket steel bumper and this makes for a good secure mounting system for the rear mounts. The front mounts on my 2022 Ram 3500 crew cab were very difficult to slide up into position, absolutely a two person job, but also very tight fit causing some hidden paint damage. Overall a good product, I like it's discrete mounts that stay on the truck between uses.
I received my HappiJac truck mounted camper tie down from E trailer as promised. It was easy to put on and I was able to put it on by myself. It went on my 2017 Dodge Ram 3500 dually truck to carry my Lance slide in camper. I requested and received advice from a e trailer customer rep to help me before ordering the product which was most helpful. Thank you for all your assistance and follow up.

TorkLift Talon Camper Tie-Downs - Custom Frame Mount - Aluminum - Rear
The Talons and the fast guns are awesome products, fit and installation was very easy. The products have held up very well and will for a long time. The extra money spent for this set up was very worth it. It takes no time at all to secure the camper down and the fast guns have never needed adjustment after initial set up. ETRAILER was great to work with and followed up after sale. Products shipped quick and were in stock. They also had lots of information posted on YouTube to ease installation. Great company, great products by Torklift!
Installed on a 2016 RAM 3500. No issues. These installed very easily but you'll probably want to use an air-impact gun to get the hitch/bumper bolts loosened.

etrailer is great. Torklift is great. Fit perfect on my 1999 Ram 2500 2wd. etrailer is my first stop for everything camper/trailer/hitch related.
First compliment is stocking Torklift products "In Stock". Second is great phone and customer service along with competitive pricing. This is not my first time buying from them and it won't be my last. It does not get any better.

These tie-downs provide an attachment point at the rear of your truck for securing your bed-mounted camper. The frame mounted design ensures excellent handling, securing your camper's truck to the frame of the vehicle instead of the bed. Which distributes the weight to keep your camper from being too top heavy while driving down the road. As you see here, here's the driver's side components of your camper tie-downs.
TorkLift Front Frame Mounted Camper Tie Downs Installation - 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup
Today on our 2008 Dodge Ram Pick-up 3500, we will be installing the TorkLift Custom Frame Mounted Camper Tie Downs for the front. Part number: TLD2101. These secure to the truck's frame instead of the bed which distributes the weight to keep your set up from being too top heavy. They have a nice powder coated steel construction. They're made in the USA and have a limited life-time warranty.
