Aaron yes, the Hybrid and Non-Hybrid Hyundai Santa Fe's can use the same hitch. As far as wiring goes, I'm not seeing anything that is custom so you'd be limited to a universal harness #C47NR.

They do, Jeffery. The only hitch marketed with a hidden cross tube is the EcoHitch #EH98SR, but if you check out all of the other hitches, you can see that the crosstubes are also hidden.
