Doors this fit onto 2013 Chevy 2500hd with factory bolts already in the frame

The correct Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD is part # C16411-204. I am not sure what bolts you are refereeing to but so long as nothing has been modified from the factory you will be good to go. I have attached a photo of the attachment holes for you as well. I have attached an install video for you as well.
If you don't already have a fifth wheel hitch, the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16120 or Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16521 are both great options with a very nice dual jaw locking system that works to provide a really smooth ride. Don't forget the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C56070 which I also attached an install video on.
