Will the Yakima ShowDown Work on a 2015 Toyota RAV4 With Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack

Hello I have factory rails. Am looking at: Yakima Showdown Malone rails MPG216 Can you tell me if those 2 are compatible with my RAV4? Thanks
