Distance from the Pin Hole to End of Ultra-Fab Motorcycle Carrier # UF48-979033
Question:
I have a 32foot Class C motorhome. I was considering purchasing your UF48-979033. I am concerned about it dragging since the trailer hitch sometimes drags now. How far does this carrier stick out from the hitch pin hole? Should this be a concern? My scooter weighs well under 300lbs.

Expert Reply:
The Ultra-Fab motorcycle carrier, # UF48-979033 that you referenced measures 31-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest point out on the rack.
This carrier has been confirmed to work at the back of motorhomes. For a skid wheel for your hitch you may also be interested in the part # UF48-979020. If your hitch is dragging currently then I would expect this carrier to do so as well..
