Question:
Hello, Last year I ordered this replacement mirror for my 99 Dodge Ram 3500 pick up. It was to replace the passenger side trailer mirror. When I tried to push the back of the replacement mirror onto the knob, it wouldnt go on. I had to use grease to get it to go on. Unfortunately, it fell out while I was driving and I lost it. How do I install this mirror without putting too much pressure on the glass ? I was thinking about ordering the CIPA 10500 replacement trailer slide on units but I shouldnt have to spend the extra money. Thanks,

Since plastic can be pretty difficult to get to flex when cold I would recommend you heat up the # 110GL before you attempt to install it on your truck so that it is more flexible and will install easier on your truck.
You could use a hair dryer or heat gun as a heat source.
