Will this cover work for a folding trailer trailmanor model 2720. It does not have a rooftop a/c. I llive in Colorado with lots of sun how does it perform with lots of UV

Since your Trailmanor 2720 is a travel trailer and not a pop-up camper that measures about 24 feet long you would want the part # 052963734638 and not the # CA80042 that you referenced.
The # 052963734638 is made of rugged polypropylene that will work very well in a very sunny area like you are in.
