Expert Reply:
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13524 that you referenced is indeed a fit for the U.S. version of the Toyota RAV4 for model years 1996 through 2005. This hitch is designed specifically for the U.S. versions of this vehicle which could easily have different mounting points than the RAV4 made for the European market.
Curt designs and test-fits their hitches only for vehicles that were originally intended for the U.S. and so there is likely very limited, if any, demand for this item in Europe.
We do not ship to European countries but if you have a friend in the U.S. who can order and ship the item for you then that may be easier than trying to find this part at a European distributor. I only suggest this in the event that your RAV4 is a U.S. market model.
