The AirLift 1000 Rear Air Helper Springs # AL60793 that you referenced are a fit for all versions of the 2004 Chevrolet Tracker. In some instances certain specific versions of a vehicle may be an exclusion to the fit of certain items, but when this is the case we call it out specifically with an 'except' in the fit information.
Proper air bag installation requires leak-free air hose connections. We find the best results come from using a cutter that ensures perfectly square cuts, an item like # AL10530.
The air bag kit you referenced includes everything required for manual inflation but we also offer the Air Lift Load Controller II Compressor System # AL25592 if you prefer automated inflation from inside the vehicle. I have linked a video and the written instructions for this kit.
Note that air bags require 5 psi minimum pressure at all times ( and a 35 psi maximum). Air bags do not increase a vehicle's weight carrying capacity and they are intended for use in suspensions that are themselves in good working order.
