Replacement Recommendation For Thule Tram Ski Carrier

Question:

I have a Thule 987 xt Ski Accessory that goes with a 912/914 Roadway bike rack. We have lost one of the locking knobs and the washers and spacer that go with the knob from the ski rack. What part numbers would I need to replace the knob, washers and spacer and get the new knob and my old one keyed alike? Thanks!

I spoke with my contact at Thule about your TH987 ski carrier.

Unfortunately, the ski carrier you have has been replaced and the parts for the carrier are no longer available. They told me the locking knob is actually part of the whole carrier assembly.

If you choose to replace the carrier I recommend the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier, part # TH9033. This is the newest model of the tram carrier that replaced the TH987XT. I have attached a product review video for this carrier you can check out.
