I notice that the product states that it WILL NOT fit a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta TDI why is that?

The problem on the TDI models of the 2010 Volkswagen Jetta is that apparently the chassis is slightly different than regular gas models in terms of mounting the air bags so TDI models are excluded. There are components related to the diesel motor that interfere with the placement of the brackets that hold the air bags.
We do have a suspension enhancement product that will fit the TDI models. You can use SumoSprings # CSS-1145R to help support heavy loads and improve ride quality.
