12 inch Drop Ball Mount Recommendation for Towing a Horse Trailer Level
Published 10/29/2014 >
Question:
I have a three place slant load horse trailer that I have pulled behind an F250 Super Duty with a 6inch hitch. I just put a 4inch lift on the truck and a 10inch hitch does not quite put the trailer level. What do I need to get my trailer another 2inch down basically I need a 12inch so it is level and so I can still safely haul my horses? Any and all help is greatly appreciated since my wife will kill me if anything happens to her horses. Thank you in advance.

If you do need a ball mount with a 12 inch drop you would want the part # AMSC12.
Before you purchase a ball mount I would recommend you check out the FAQ article I attached to the right that details how to pick out the correct rise/drop ball mount so that you order the correct one the first time.
