Adapt a Blue Ox base plate to a Stowmaster RM-501 tow bar This is on a 2004 jeep rubicon with a small lift..

There is no adapter that will allow you to use the Roadmaster Stowmaster tow bar with the Blue Ox base plates. The Blue Ox base plates are meant for use with motor home mounted tow bars and the Stowmaster is a vehicle mounted tow bar.

If you like or already have the Blue Ox base plates then the compatible tow bars you want to look at are the Blue Ox Aventa, Aladdin, Alpha and Allure tow bars.

Motor home mount tow bars are actually the more secure and easier to use option than vehicle mounted tow bars. The Alpha is a low cost option, # BX7380. I have included a link to a video review of this tow bar to the right for you.
