For your 2015 Chevrolet Malibu Turbo I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch, part # C12115.
This hitch is a Class ll hitch and has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. I spoke with my contact at Curt and they told me that the dual exhaust should be no issue when installing this hitch, so you should be good to go. I have attached an installation video for this hitch on a 2014 Malibu you can check out.
A note from Curt states that all non-trailer loads - bike racks, cargo carriers and so forth - should be supported with stabilizing straps, like part # 18050. Failure to properly support these loads will void your hitch warranty from Curt.
If you plan on towing with your Malibu, I recommend the Curt Class II Drawbar, part # C45017. This drawbar has a 2-5/8 inch rise or 3-1/4 inch drop.
For a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball I recommend part # 19256, and for a 2 inch ball I recommend part # 19258.
If you need trailer wiring on your Malibu, I recommend the Curt T-Connector Wiring Harness, part # C56176. This simply plugs into the connection points in the rear cargo area, and run a hot lead to the car battery. This gives you a 4-way connector at the rear of your Malibu.
