I did some research and found that the manual for the 2000 Chevrolet S-10 pickup states that the vehicle is not to be flat-towed. The manual states that the transmission is not designed to allow it to be towed behind another vehicle.
The suggestion in the manual is to place the truck with all four wheels on a dolly like a car hauler. I wish I had better news for you but I cannot recommend anything that will allow you to flat-tow your S-10.
