Question:
Im confused by your QandA for this vehicle. The QandA says that I need Tow Ready # 118525 because I dont have factory installed tow package but when I click on the link I read that the Tow Ready # 118525 is not for my Xterra. So, what do I need to make the trailer lighting work?

I will be happy to clear that up for you. For your 2014 Nissan Xterra that does not have the factory tow package you can use # C56225 to install a 4-Way trailer connector. It comes with the parts needed to make it functional including the relays and jumper harness.
