I have a 2004 ford focus se with the 2.3 liter engine and I was wondering if the sedan hitch for the focus will fit this model. Thanks

Yes, the hitches for the sedan 2004 Ford Focus will also fit the hatchback models. For example, the Draw-Tite part # 24692 that you referenced will fit either model.
For trailer wiring you would want the part # 18252.
For a hitch ball you would part # 19256 for 1-7/8 inch ball or part # 19258 for 2 inch ball.
