Question:

What what kind and size screw should I use to attach this to the the steel frame of my trailer? Do they need a pilot hole? Do you have the part number of the screw? Thanks

You would want to use some self-tapping screws like the part # FA1131822. These would not require you drill a pilot hole. Just line the screw up where you want it through the Loom part # A0500 and let the drill bit end of the screw drill the needed hole and the threads will pull it through and secure it.
