We have both Class II and III trailer hitches available for your 2011 Dodge Charger R/T. If you are going to use Class III hitch # C13093 then I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, a hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag. If you also need a 2-5/16 inch use # 63847. For trailer wiring use # 118560.
If you are using a Class II trailer hitch, like Curt Class II hitch # C12064 or Draw-Tite hitch # 36548, you can use ball mount # C45520.
For any of the Class II hitches you can use 1-7/8 inch ball # 19256 or 2 inch ball # 19258.
I have linked installation instructions as well.
