Question:
I use my Wells Cargo 6X10 trailer offroad and have issues with jack clearance. My trailer has a welded foot pad that isnt removable. Im looking for a jack that can be retracted resulting in the jack tube near or at the same position as the A-frame, thus maximizing my ground clearance when offroad. Im looking at the Bulldog model BD 195318. With the pics that accompany the listing, Im wondering if the removal of the adjustable tube and foot pad once retracted would leave the remaining jack assembly somewhat flush with the bottom of the trailer A-frame rail? Thanks for any info you might be able to provide.

A swivel jack would be your best option. A swivel jack will swivel up and out of the way totally when not in use and will give you maximum ground clearance for when you are off-road.
For a bolt on jack I would go with the part # PS1400300303. I attached a review video for you to check out.
For a weld on jack I would go with the # PS1401440303.
