Is the weight capacity of the bracket only 100lbs? I would like to mount this bracket to a cinderblock wall with a loaded 4-bike rack. What is the thickness of the bracket metal material?

The capacity for Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage # S80940 is 100 pounds and the surface that it mounts to needs to be rated for more than 100 pounds in order for you to be able to put 100 pounds on the rack. The steel is about 1/8 inch thick.
