I'm guessing you're looking for a ball mount with a 3-1/4 inch rise or drop, is that correct? The Draw-Tite # 4285 would be perfect for your needs. The ball mount provides 3 inches of rise or 4 inches of drop and a 12,000 lb capacity. As long as your trailer tongue is within 1-2 inches of being level, you're plenty close enough. For a 2 inch trailer ball, use part # A-90 or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch ball.
