What is the difference between this 38 and the Ultra-Fab Ultra 3502 ?

Nothing, the Ultra-Fab trailer jack # UF38-944017 is the same as the Ultra-Fab 3502. They just call it the 3502. Otherwise it is the exact same jack, same components, capacity, lift, color, size, everything. The 38 is just part of the part number.
