Hello Andrea,
Welcome to etrailer, I'm glad you found us!
We don't currently carry a mounting hardware kit for the Buyers Products Tie-Down Anchor # 337B2402AL. That's because the hardware needed will vary depending on where and how you're installing it.
The anchor has two 1/2" mounting holes spaced 4" apart, center to center. If you're replacing an existing tie-down, I recommend removing one of the bolts you have now and taking it to your local hardware store to find a match.
I would recommend using corrosion-resistant, high-strength bolts with flat washers and locking nuts, along with a backing plate if needed. You will want to make sure the mounting hardware and surface are strong enough to prevent the anchor from pulling loose during sudden stops.
Who is your favorite horse? They aren't like children, you can most definitely have a favorite. Mine growing up was our horse Turbo, he was a Thoroughbred–Quarter Horse cross with the most gentle soul. I used to go out to his stall and lay on him for hours, he was my best friend =)

Andrea, I was surface mounting them into decently thick metal, so I drilled and tapped the holes and used taper headed Stainless hardware.. I also, on thinner metal use nutserts, but still use Stainless hardware. Good luck...
