Question:
What is the best oil cooler kit for a 2013 Ram 1500 with 5.7L engine. Oil runs hotter than I would like when towing 4500 lb trailer up hills in Utah. Dollars are not issue when discussing engine oil.

The oil cooler I would recommend for your 2013 Ram 1500 with a 5.7 liter that is confirmed to fit your oil filter would be the Derale Stacked-Plate Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15605.
Your oil filter has M22x1.5 threads and an outside diameter of 3 inches which is compatible with this kit.
This is a stacked plate cooler design which is the most efficient style of oil cooler around so it should work very well for you.
I attached an FAQ article on engine oil coolers for you to check out as well.
