Question:
I acquired a Blue Ox Rangefinder II BX4322 tow bar. I want to use it to tow my 2017 Ford F150. It has 1/2 of a Blue Ox to Roadmaster base plate on it. I can remove that but not sure what I need to buy to mount it to my truck. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey Chase, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we can provide the parts you need to attach your 2017 Ford F-150 to the Blue Ox Rangefinder II BX4322 tow bar. Here is what you'll need:
- Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-524431-4
- Blue Ox Rangefinder II or III Tow Bar to Roadmaster Base Plates Adapters # RM-037
You'll be getting a whole new base plate, then the adapter brings everything together. Then, here are the rest of the parts you'll need to complete your flat tow package:
- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Way to 6-Way Coiled Adapter Cord # RM-15267
- Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25
- Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes - Proportional # SM99251
- Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400
That will cover all the main components. If your vehicle has a factory Brake Booster, then the # DM6257 vacuum fitting can save you from cutting into the vacuum system by connecting directly to the sensor port to install this braking system.
Will you be installing all this yourself? Or taking it to a shop?
