I've got a 2018 Honda Foreman 500 and about 400 feet of gravel driveway to keep clear during the winter. Would this 48" Black Boar plow be a good option? I don't want to dig up all my gravel, and Id need to add a winch since mine doesn't have one.

Yes, the Black Boar Snow Plow # CAM54FY would be a good option for your 2018 Honda Foreman 500 as long as the front frame tubing is accessible for mounting.
The 48" blade has adjustable skid pads that let you raise the cutting edge slightly above the ground, which is especially helpful on gravel driveways. Id start with the blade raised a little to avoid digging into loose gravel, then adjust it as needed.
