Hello Louis,
Thanks for writing in.
I am happy to help you get everything you need to replace the brakes and drums on your 2022 Dutchmen Astoria while you're down in Mississippi.
For your Dexter 4,000 lb axles, you need the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # K08-426-91. These come with the inner and outer bearings, races, grease seal, grease cap, and mounting hardware (see attached image for all that is included). For the brakes, the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-468-469, which comes with both the left and right brake assemblies, these work for both 3,500 and 4,000 pound Dexter axles.
Since you have tandem axles, you'll need four hub and drum assemblies and two brake kits to get everything replaced.
Now, one thing I do want to mention is that the bearings do not come pre-greased, so you'll need to pack them before installation. I recommend the LubriMatic Prime Guard High Temperature Wheel Bearing Grease # L11380. We also have the Powerbuilt Deluxe Bearing Packer # ALL647646 if you want to make the job a little easier. I'm a little old-school myself, so I prefer a big glob of grease in the palm of my hand and working the bearing through it until I see grease oozing out the other side. Either way works just fine, as long as you get those bearings packed really well.
One last thing I want to mention and that is the bedding or burnishing process for your new Nev-R-Adjust brakes. A lot of people skip this step, but it's really important if you want your brakes to work to their full braking ability. Please don't skip it. You'll find the instructions in Step 4 of the help article I attached.
After being on the road for months, what is your absolute favorite thing to do when you get back to your home base? Do you crave a certain food you can only get in your town, a favorite chore, or a favorite chair.....

I purchased a pre configured setup of hubs and brakes for my 17' Casita travel trailer and must say, it couldn't have been easier. Mine did come with pre greased bearings and I appreciated it. It's not difficult to add grease. Its just a little messy. Don'f forget to get some good plastic gloves and you will be done in no time with easy cleanup.
