Hi there Justin.

The Fusion LED Trailer Lights # STL211XRFHB already includes an 8" 4-wire pigtail, so you would just need to splice those wires into your trailer's existing wiring. I recommend using heat-shrink butt connectors # DW05744-10 to make the connections since they provide a good sealed connection, especially on a trailer that may see moisture.

The light uses separate wires for ground, tail lights, stop/turn, and reverse lights.
For the Optronics Fusion LED Tail Light # STL211XRFHB, the 4 wires are:
- White — Ground
- Black — Running/tail lights
- Red — Stop and turn signal
- Brown — Reverse/backup lights

We don't currently have a comparable stop/turn/tail/reverse light that is completely plug-and-play, so some wiring will still be required with this style of light. Are you replacing existing lights or adding these to a new trailer?

New lights and wiring, but reverse lights aren't necessary, just thought it would be handy few times a yr

@JustinM I gotcha. It may be easier to wire these in since you wouldn't have to run reverse light wiring, and once wired in, they are plug and play if you ever need replacements in the future. I bought these light one yr ago for my 40’ travel trailer. I’ve very happy with them. Easy installation and the work great at a very reasonable price!
