Hi. I have an old Demco DA66 trailer actuator I want to replace. Is the Demco DA86 a good replacement for it?

Hi Dwayne! The Demco DA86 Trailer Brake Actuator # DM98CV will work as a replacement if you have drum brakes on your trailer. However, you can save yourself some money with the # DM72VR which has a lower 7,000 lb capacity more in-line with the DA66. If you have the disc brake version of the DA66 you will need # DM62VR instead.
