Hey Blake, welcome back! Yes, the Replacement Idler Head Slip Ring Assembly # LC330961 will work with the Regal-style covers as long as your Solera power awning already has the LED lights on the roller tube.
What kind of trailer are you working on?

When I purchased my RV the wires connecting the power to the slip ring were broken, the point contact was bad and the electrical band around the ring was bad also. I had to jerry rig the wiring to be able to use the lights in my awning. I bought the Idler head from etrailer, the part took care of all of my issues and have been resolved. Now I just flip the light switch and I have light. The install was quite easy and I did it by my self. I used two folding ladders to do the job. One was to stand on and the other was to place the extended awning on. I just popped off the awning, laid it on the top of the ladder. Then I removed a couple of bolts/screws, slid the new unit into place and installed the awning. DONE, easy peasy.
