Will a 18K Furrion Chill Cube w/ Heat Pump Fit in the Same Roof Opening as a 8K Chill Cube?

Hello, I currently have a 8k chill cube installed and I want to switch to the 18k with heat pump non ducted. My question is : Is the roof opening the same for the both? Thanks

It sure is Danny and welcome back. The 8K Chill Cube and the 18K Chill Cube AC w/ Heat Pump & Ceiling Assembly item # FR87TQ both fit a standard 14" × 14" roof opening or cutout. We also have this same setup with a white AC unit item # FR77TQ.
The 18K Chill Cube AC w/ Heat Pump & Ceiling Assembly item # FR77TQ in white or item # FR87TQ in black both come with everything you need to swap out your 8K system. They come with the 18K AC unit with a heat pump, an air distribution box set up for ductless orientations, and the convenient remote. You will be able to reuse the existing wiring that is powering your 8K Chill Cube. They do require a dedicated 20 amp breaker so I highly recommend verifying that you have one.
