Hey Ryan! Since there are no custom-fit hitches available for your 2011 Ford E-450 cab and chassis, you'll need to use a universal weld-on hitch. I recommend the Curt Class V Universal Hitch # C99CR. This fits frames up to 44" wide, and the 18" brackets can be cut down to size to best fit your application.
What will you be using the hitch for?
