The wiring diagram for the 4 way round side of the Demco Trailer Connector Adapter - 7-Way to 4-Way # DM9523069 is as follows:

Cord — looking straight at the pin face
- Upper left = Yellow — left turn/brake
- Upper right = Green — right turn/brake
- Lower left = White — ground
- Lower right = Brown — running lights

Socket — looking straight into the socket face
- Upper left = Green — right turn/brake
- Upper right = Yellow — left turn/brake
- Lower left = Brown — running lights
- Lower right = White — ground
