Hey there Michael.

We have a solution for you, but there are not any spare tire carriers that are made to mount to a cargo carrier if that's what you were meaning.

You can use the 24x40 etrailer RV Bumper Cargo Carrier # e99050, which mounts to a 4" RV bumper and folds up when not in use. Then, if you have enough open space on the bumper, you can mount the Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Mount # UF15-954730 alongside the carrier.

So the cargo carrier and spare tire mount would be separate, but this would give you both functions on the rear bumper.

Do you have the room for these items? The carrier is 40" wide, then you can measure your spare tire/wheel to verify how much width that will be.

I have the 24x40 fold up carrier. It also came with the bumper support brackets. It is very sturdy and holds my generator,2-5 gallon fuel cans and my grill. If you are someone who is handy, you could fab a spare tire rack or move spare tire to the front under trailer tongue.
