Hi dear, Could you quote me the following part. no. from Optronics. STL179R1224B This is Stop/Tail/ Turn light for trailer 12/24 volts.

We have the GloLight Thinline LED Trailer Light - Brake, Tail, Turn - Submersible - Red - 17" Long # STL179RB which is the same thing but just 12v dc. You can click the hyperlinked part and see pricing and add to cart to get shipping price.
If you need the 24v option, then I'm afraid we don't carry that, but I can try adding it to our site for you if that's what you need.
Just let me know as I'm here to help! What type of voltage are you working with? I haven't seen 24v setups on many trailers.
