Which Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Fits a 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness with Raise Rails?

Hello I have a 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness and I’m confused about what roof racks/rails are compatible with my car. I was looking at the Rhino Racks, one says “excluding Wilderness” and the other one just says “Wilderness” but when you click on the full description it’s also says “excluding Wilderness” Could you send me the model numbers of the ones that do fit my car?

Welcome to etrailer, I'm glad you found us!

I completely understand the confusion. We get this question a lot, and it is something I have tried to get cleaned up because the way our fitguide displays it can definitely make it look like it is contradicting itself.

I attached an image where you can see “excluding Wilderness” and then “Wilderness” listed right underneath it. Those are actually two separate fitments. When you see both listed, it means that rack fits the 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness, as well as the other Forester models that are not the Wilderness. Some roof racks will only fit one or the other, which is why you may see just one of those fitments listed.

For your 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness with the factory raised rails, the Rhino-Rack Sportz Roof Rack # RR37UG is a confirmed fit, so you are good to go with this one.

I actually have these same bars on my Ford Escape. I was a little leery when they were first released, but I was happy to be proved wrong. They are extremely quiet, and I love that there is no stripping that you have to mess with in the T-track slot. They really are great bars!
