I'm happy to help you find one. Based on the info you provided, I'm able to narrow this down pretty well. If you have an easy grease spindle/axle, then you'll want the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles # AKHD-5475-35-EZ-K. If you don't then you'll need the etrailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-5475-35-K. Both of these are full kits that contain everything needed to install confidently. Both also work with 10" brake assemblies if you have/need one.
