Best Rear Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for 2021 Ford F-250
Updated 09/09/2026 | Published 09/05/2026 >
Question:
Looking for suspension upgrades on my 2021 f250, 4x4. Will be using a truck camper at near capacity of trucks GVWR. What would be the best overload spring for my application? My current truck doesn’t have the stock overload spring from the factory. Looking at Supers springs or Hellwig helper springs. The camper will installed only during camping trips. Not full time. Thank you.

Hey Robin, we have exactly what you are looking for with the RoadActive Suspension kit part # RAS38RR. This will give you all of the support you are looking for the rear suspension of your 2021 Ford F-250 without sacrificing any ride quality unlike most other options. This also has the unique added benefit of improving handing and stability loaded and unloaded as well. Also...you don't ever have to mess with air pressure like the air bag kits do. What kind of camper do you have?
