Hey Marc. I checked with RoadActive and their Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit item # RAS38RR will take an hour to and hour and a half if you do not have the top overload springs or two to three hours if you do. If your 2018 Ford F-250 has the top overload springs you will have to remove them.
The RAS Kit item # RAS38RR is designed to fit all models of the 2018 Ford F-250. They're designed to strengthen the factory leaf springs by using a mechanical design that acts as a helper spring, sway bar, and traction bar to control heavy towing loads.
