Looking for Replacement Idler Head for Solera RV Awning 273478

Question:
I am looking for a replacement idler head and roller end caps for a solera powered awning dew to telescoping when retracting. I find P/N 273478, and I keep coming up with P/N 273479 manual awning. Are they interchangeable or is the 273478 idler head available somewhere. Appreciate any help.

Hey Gerald, so the source of the confusion is that the 273478 and 273479 are not the same part and are not interchangeable as drive/idler heads.
On the older black Solera power awning:
273478 = drive head assembly the motor side
273479 = idler head assembly the non-motor side
So the part number you are searching for is a motor head but when you combine it with idler head in your search terms it's giving you confusing results.
So if you're looking for the idler head, 273478 is not actually the idler. That's why searches keep leading you to 273479.

Actually, I was aware of 273478 as the motor side and 273479 as the idler side. Doesn't matter anyway as I contacted Lippert, provided them with the dimensions of my awning fabric, it appears Shade Pro company sent me a trapezoid awning fabric with dimensions of 230" at the wall rail, 89" on the sides, and 225" on the roller end. I have sent them an email and haven't received any response as yet. Thanks for your help.
