Hey Pierre. Unfortunately, we don't carry the replacement short shaft for your HappiJac 4150 Series Truck Camper Jack. I wasn't able to find a reference to the 149446 part number you provided, but I do know that the short shaft was historically included as part of a rebuild kit for the 4150 Series jacks. Since these older replacement components have become harder to find, you may have some luck locating the rebuild kit or shaft as old stock through another supplier.
If you're unable to locate the individual part, we do carry the Replacement Jack for HappiJac Truck Camper Jack Systems # LC736514, which can be used as a complete replacement leg for your existing 4150 Series jack.
