Question:
Are the top two holes 3 inches apart from center to center and bottom hole center to the top holes with a 2 inch on the dm78cv for disc brake actuator or witch one will work for my application

Thanks for letting us help Steve. The Demco DA86 Brake Actuator # DM78CV sounds like a great match for the mounting dimensions you're looking for. The two upper horizontal mounting holes are spaced 3" apart on center, and the bottom mounting hole is 1-7/8" from the upper holes, center to center. I've included a graphic below showing these measurements so you can compare them directly with your existing mounting setup.
