Question:

Does the round jack Part Number: TJA-5000T-Z come with a foot plate? If not recommend the one to buy and I need the sturdiest wheel you have that will fit it. Thanks

Hi Steve,

For a footplate for the etrailer Round A-Frame Trailer Jack - Topwind - 3,000 lbs part # TJA-5000T-Z you can use the etrailer Footplate for 2,000-lb and 5,000-lb Round, A-Frame Jacks Part # JF-99. The foot will attach to the jacks 2" inner tube and bolt through the bottom. It's rated for up to 5K which is perfect because the # TJA-5000T-Z is rated up to 5K static capacity.

For a wheel to use with the etrailer Round Jack part # TJA-5000T-Z, I suggest using the etrailer Removable 6" Caster for 2-1/4" Trailer Jacks Part # JC-102. It perfectly fits the jack's 2 1/4" outer tube and has a 6" wheel that is 2" wide. This is the highest weighted wheel we have for this size trailer jack tube and its rated for 1,200lbs. Because it reduces the capacity of the jack so much, the footplate would be preferable to use compared to the wheel.

@Rich The etrailer Round A-Frame Trailer Jack - Topwind - 3,000 lbs part # TJA-5000T-Z currently doesn't come with a footplate. It's possible we had it paired with one in the past but right now the footplate and wheel are separate so whichever one someone needs can be added on.
