Hi Greg,

The BWMC2302B is only the replacement bar for the B&W Biker Bar motorcycle tie down.

If you're needing the whole system, you'll want the B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie Down System for Harley Davidson Softail part # BWMC2302. The B&W Biker Bar part # BWMC2302 has six 1/4" vertical heigh adjustments that add up to 1.5" of height flexibility to accommodate minor ride height changes. Since your Softail was only lowered one inch, this falls within the range of the biker bar, so there shouldn't be any issues as long as the frame is still a stock factory frame.

A lowering kit for a 2022 Harley Davidson Softail usually replaces components on the hidden under-seat rear monoshock so it'll be hidden entirely under the seat and not add anything to the frame rails that could block or interfere with the clamp bar that bolts onto the bike. You will want to be careful that the lower parts of the frame or exhaust don't scrape the trailer or bottom out against the biker bar base plate since it has been lowered one inch.

Is only the rear of the bike lowered or is the front lowered as well?

I have a 24 low rider , had to adjust the stand up quite a bit , 1 inch lower ? You will definetly be good , I just used my bb to travel in my tool hauler to sturgis and back, 3500 miles round trip, will never use straps again , so simple to pull in and done , bike did not move at all

@JohnB It's great to hear that the biker bar works with really low bikes as well and it performed so well for your drive to and from Sturgis. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

Thank you for your reply, it was very helpful. I have a two bike setup in my trailer with the B&W Biker Bar system. We switched out my wife's old Sportster for a new Street Bob so I'll just be needing the bar, not the complete setup. Wanted to make sure it would work with a lowered bike before ordering, so thank you. We have found the Biker Bar setup to be the easiest and most secure setup yet for our trailer. From NJ to SD and the bikes stayed tight and secure with no issues at all. So I'll be ordering just the bar as I prepare for our move from NJ to AZ. Thank you again.
