Hey Ray, thanks for reaching out. Yes, there is! To add a reverse lockout to your Demco DA86 actuator, you can use the following:
- Reverse Lockout Solenoid Kit for Demco DA66B and DA70 Hydraulic Brake Actuators - Non-Bypass # DM5836
This comes with the reverse lockout solenoid and the housing to cover it. The solenoid wires to the reverse light circuit on your tow vehicle. That way the brakes will be locked out every time you shift into reverse.
What kind of trailer do you have, and what vehicle are you towing with?
